We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return policy as outlined below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags (if any), and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or engraved items

  • Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at jnereidofficial@outlook.com within the return period.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

For items returned due to personal reasons (such as style or preference), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For items with quality issues or wrong products received, we will offer a full refund, and cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at jnereidofficial@outlook.com  so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
