You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions: Unworn or unused, with original tags (if any), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation email) is required. Returns will not be accepted for: Customized or engraved items Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted. For items returned due to personal reasons (such as style or preference), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. For items with quality issues or wrong products received, we will offer a full refund, and cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
